1. Excel / Google Sheets से read-only key लें
- Any WMS or ERP works if it can export stock to a spreadsheet. Paste it into Google Sheets and copy the ‘File › Share › Publish to web › CSV’ link.
- Columns named SKU (or item code), name and stock (or available / qty) are detected automatically.
- Edit the sheet and the next sync picks it up. Switch systems any time; the agent stays the same.
2. Microsoft Teams जोड़ें
- In the channel, open … › Workflows.
- Pick ‘Post to a channel when a webhook request is received’ and choose the team and channel.
- Copy the generated URL and paste it. Old Incoming Webhook connector URLs are retired.
3. Indigo Agent में पेस्ट करें
ईमेल से साइन अप करें, सिस्टम और मैसेंजर चुनें और वैल्यू पेस्ट करें। पहली जाँच तुरंत चलती है।
