Indigo Agent Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Indigo Agent (the "Service") provided by Locus Korea Co., Ltd. ("we").

1. The Service

Indigo reads inventory and order data from the systems you connect (WMS, OMS, ERP, online stores) using read-only access, sends alerts such as stock-out risk and late shipments to your messenger, and answers questions about that data. Indigo does not change data in your systems.

2. Accounts

You sign up with an email address and sign in with a link or code sent to that email. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. Pricing

• Connecting systems and receiving alerts is free.
• Questions have a monthly limit per company (workspace), shown in the Service. Referrals can raise the limit.
• An INDITION subscription removes the question limit. Subscription billing follows INDITION's terms.
• We will give 30 days' notice before reducing the free plan.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to use the keys and accounts you connect. Use read-only keys.
• API fees or usage terms of the systems you connect are between you and that provider.
• Do not use other people's accounts or keys, reverse engineer the Service, or send abnormal volumes of requests.

5. Your data

• Data from your connected systems belongs to you. We process it only to provide the Service.
• We never show one company's data to another.
• We may use de-identified, aggregated statistics to improve the Service.
• Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

6. Limits of alerts and answers

Alerts and answers are based on data received from your connected systems and may be wrong or late because of source data errors, collection delays or third-party outages. Confirm in your source system before making purchasing or shipping decisions.

7. Changes and suspension

We may change or discontinue features. We will give 30 days' notice of changes that are unfavorable to you or of shutting down the Service, except where caused by events outside our control such as a third-party API change.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time; collection stops and data is deleted under the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach section 4.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The free Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to paying customers is limited to fees paid in the 3 months before the claim, except for damages caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country still apply where relevant.
