1. Get a read-only key from Amazon
- Seller Central › Apps and Services › Develop Apps: create a private SP-API app for your own account.
- Copy the app's LWA Client ID and Client Secret.
- Press ‘Authorize’ on the app to get a Refresh Token and paste it too.
2. Connect Microsoft Teams
- In the channel, open … › Workflows.
- Pick ‘Post to a channel when a webhook request is received’ and choose the team and channel.
- Copy the generated URL and paste it. Old Incoming Webhook connector URLs are retired.
3. Paste both into Indigo Agent
Sign up with your email, choose the system and the messenger, and paste the values. The first check runs right away.
FAQ
Can Indigo Agent change anything in Amazon?
No. It only uses read permissions. Nothing is written back to Amazon.
Does it cost anything to send to Microsoft Teams?
Connecting and alerts are free. Microsoft Teams itself may have its own message limits on free plans.
