Daily sales = units sold ÷ sales period. Days left = stock ÷ daily sales. Min order covers 3 days and rec. order covers 14 days of sales after the lead time, minus the stock still left when the order arrives. SKUs with no sales in the period are skipped. Use sellable stock (excluding reserved or allocated units). The estimate assumes sales continue at the same pace.
